35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious house. We’ve been there with two families and enjoyed all the stay. The beach, restaurants and shops are just a few steps from the house. We enjoyed every evening the sunset sipping frappé on the seashore. Eva the host is very helpful, always available and provided us with all sort of useful info. Place is highly recommended.
